Centrelink

At DMK we understand that receiving social security entitlements can be essential for your day-to-day cashflow and/or retirement planning, however Centrelink can also be daunting and complex to deal with. We can assist with determining your eligibility for a payment or concession card, calculate how much you may be entitled to, assist in the preparation and submission of the application forms, and importantly deal with Centrelink on your behalf and provide ongoing support.

Authorised Representative

We are able to act as your correspondence nominee to deal with Centrelink on your behalf. As your correspondence nominee we will be able to enquire about your benefits and services, including aged care costs, update Centrelink with any changes to your circumstances, receive and respond to correspondence and requests for information, complete forms on your behalf and perform some online transactions such as reporting employment income.

JobSeeker

If your aged between 22 and Age Pension age and are looking for work we may be able to assist with the JobSeeker application. The JobSeeker payment is also for those who are sick or injured and can’t complete their usual work or study for a short period of time.

Sometimes a decision needs to be made on whether or not to sell the family home.  After gaining a thorough understanding of your families personal and financial circumstances we can review the funding options and strategies that maybe available to minimise costs and look after a partner that may not be entering care.

We can provide an estimate on how much you or your loved one will need to pay when entering permanent aged care accommodation.

We can assist with preparation and submission of the necessary forms, and communicate with Centrelink on your behalf through the application process.

 

To gain assistance with or discuss your Centrelink needs please contact us. We will begin the process with a personal consultation to obtain information on your income and assets gauge your eligibility. This meeting can be held either face-to-face, over the phone or online.

Depending on the outcome we can then agree on the services to be provided and assist as required.
